Join us for an energising Spring themed yoga class, a Yoga of Eating workshop and a delicious wholefoods afternoon tea in collaboration with The Yoga Foundation & Real Active
Spring into Yoga (60 minutes) Bryony Lancaster will take you through a Spring yoga class, focusing on the organs and emotions of this season, designed to leave you feeling calm and energised.
Yoga of Eating Workshop (60 minutes) Leave fad diets at the door and become at peace with food. Harry Lancaster will teach a workshop around the yoga of eating and wholefoods to help you tune into your bodies true nutritional needs. You’ll leave with simple tools to help you bring mindfulness and care to the way you eat.
Afternoon tea and chai under the elm tree (45 minutes) Put your ‘Yoga of Eating’ skills to the test and enjoy chai and a nourishing wholefoods afternoon tea, including Egg Of The Universe’ specialty raw slices and bliss balls.
Proudly supporting mental health. 100% of funds from all ticket sales go to the Yoga Foundation to support a program for disadvantaged teenagers experiencing mental health challenges. Tickets are limited to 50 people only so get your friends together and be in quick!
