These days we all seem to connect this idea of health to what we see and do on the exterior, the way we might look, how much exercise we’re doing, how many yoga classes were going to in a week, staying as least stressed as possible whilst achieving all of our goals… but what if ‘health’ was simply just a feeling? Becoming in tuned to your body by creating a calm, fun and balanced approached to your life.
Start understanding yourself, on a soulful level! What is your body telling you – not what are you thrusting upon yourself. This experience can be beautifully unlocked through the power of mediation and yoga, which is exactly what we are going to begin to show you.
Looking at food as the enemy instead of our friend seems to be the new aged “getting healthy” definition. We are here to help throw that notion out the window and begin to nourish, not deprive. Learn to love your plate again! Cooking, creating and nourishing can be fun – We promise!
