This vocal activation and interactive meditation workshop begins with a sound meditation to the medicinal, magical sounds of the crystal bowls and channeled vocals, grounding you deeply into yourself. You will then be guided on how to activate your voice, learn the art of resonance projection, create the vocal sound of each chakra, and you will dive into channelling with your own voice. Activities include but not limited to meditation, group sound healing and free movement.
Don’t worry, you will not be singing in front of people. So come along and Free Your Voice. BYO instrument optional (and not essential)
